Matches last 1¾ hours. Following the match, the teams come over to visit with the sponsors and spectators. Children have an opportunity to pet the horses.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate. $5 for adults; children under 12 are free.
There are no concessions on site. Spectators can bring their own picnic lunch and tailgate. Please bring your own trash bags to pick up your area after the game.
Portable bathroom facilities will be available at the field. We do not have handwashing stations, so hand sanitizer is recommended.
Club T-shirts and caps will be available for purchase at the match.
Season ticket holders (Patron Sponsors) have reserved fieldside parking and picnic tables. The cost is $500 per season, which includes 12 tickets per game. Please respect the signs on their assigned spaces and tables.
For guests not associated with an event sponsor, it is recommended that you should bring your own chairs/blankets etc. for your comfort as the unassigned tables fill up fast.
No personal canopies/tents over 12'x 12'.
RVs should park on the west side of the driveway so as not to interfere with the sight line for other spectators.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Sponsors at the Executive Sponsor level or recipients of auction or charity polo packages should contact the Club (262-951-8029) two weeks in advance to formalize your arrangements.
During most games, a Milwaukee Polo Club hospitality tent will be available to answer questions regarding sponsorships, group sales, special events, charity events or getting involved and taking lessons with polo school. Feel free to contact Jim Huber or any other players prior to or after a game with your questions. The Club is looking for new members who want to get involved with the sport.
Please refer to the sponsor page for the categories and cost of our various Sponsorships. We can accommodate sponsorships for selected 2019 games, or for the remainder of the 2019 season.
All sponsor payments should be made out to Milwaukee Polo Club and set to the club at 32183 County Road K, Hartland, WI 53029. The Milwaukee Polo Clubs tax ID# is 39-1729951.
POLO HOTLINE: In the event of a wet field due to inclement weather on the day of the match or the days preceding please call Jimmy at the Polo Hotline 262-226-2655 to determine the status of the match. If the fields are too wet, the match might be postponed due to the danger to horse and rider.
If a match is canceled due to safety concerns, the field is still made available to sponsors and alternative activities may be provided. Most sponsors continue with their group activities and catering. The club will have team members present, providing local demonstrations and clinics, presenting detailed explanations of the polo game, the importance of thoroughbred horses, and answering any questions members of your group might have. The club will also endeavor to provide an opportunity for young children (up to 10 years old) to sit on a polo horse for photographs. These activities have been well received and have been a satisfying alternative when safety is a concern.
